Scrapmatts for NOVEMBER

Hello every one!
First up I have my take on Jennys Chrissy card challenge, check it out HERE if you have not seen it yet, still time to get your entries in!

Christmas Tags

I cheated a little bit as I didnt stick to the 1/2 guidelines...... BUT in saying that at least you COULD create one of these in 1/2 hr!! LOL

This is my washi reindeer tag. I have used:CB3003 Tags 01as the tag base which I covered in washi and stitched down CB1095 Reindeers 03 and CB6021 Words 08 Merry Christmas and simplly inked them black (giving the reindeer a liquid pearls red nose :) this tag was quick and easy and could be done in around 10 mins.

This tag took a little bit longer but was super fun to make :) on this one I have used:CB3003 Tags 01 as the base again, CB1102 Words22 Merry Christmas which I inked and CB1183 Christmas Ornaments 10 which I layered and coloured in the the awesome jelli roll pens and the coated with clear crackle paint and finished off with a smudge of ink to highlight the cracks :)

this Joy one is my fav :) again I have used the CB3003 Tags 01 as the base and on this one I chose to use the new CB1182 Snowflakes 05 which I have inked and stickled :), I have used CB1101 Words 21 Joy which has simply had a quick going over with liquid pearls in the right shade to match :)
Next up I have to admitt to having a small (at the moment!) collection of lustreware that I really love so I decided to make a lustreware inspired LO :)

By the Sea

OUT FOR PUBLICATION!!

The pic is an older one of Walty and I out on the pier at Wynnum which I had serious trouble matching with some patterned paper so I decided, in the end, to create a back ground to match :)

this is my first attempt at this technique but one that I will be using again! I have used CB6062 Shells 02 and made a thin glaze out of liqid pearls and coated the shell and starfish :)

Hope that I have inspired you to try some thing new with your Scrapmatts!
Luv Renee
