Hello everyone!!
I can't believe that it had been now over 4 WEEKS since I embarked on the 5kgs challenge!
This week hasn't been a sucess!! I didn't lose any weight, I didn't even mantain, I GAINED!!
Only 500grs, but that puts my weight back up at 57kgs even, and my total loss over the 4wks at 2.5kgs.
Not enough exercise and too much good foods!
Our challenge this week was to look at why we gained weight in the first place, well I wasn't overweight, but had been carrying my excess weight due to having kids and not enough time to look after myself properly!
I definitely over ate and justified it but not snacking.
Well this is week 5 - a new week and a new start so heres looking to loss and not gain this week!!

Well, you need to be positive Renee. You've actually lost more than me in the same amount of time. You just have to keep on track.

yes !!! great advice Gilly LOL !!!!! I didnt lose anything this week either Renee :( but, onward and upward AH NO, downward !!!! we can do this !!! My aim is 1kg next week ... lets do this :) have a great week

its only alittle setback but your all good..now let me tell you alittle story...
i have been weighing myself on my scales since chrissy.. and i have done diddly squat..not up ..not down..and then i go to BB's last friday night and she went and brought a super dooper new digital scales... and well..how to put on 4kgs without even trying..yep thats right..mine were telling me i was just over 76 and went to b's and its 80.3,, YEP above 80,,,..
so i HOPE that makes you feel alittle better....

I think we've all had one off week each now (LOL) but I think that's just life but we are good as using that week as motivation to do better the next...so looing forward to hearing next week report!(LOL). And good on you for being honest with yourself.
